Tim was awesome. From the first call he was here within 30 minutes. Once he arrived, he assessed the problem and was 100% correct in his diagnosis. He tried the quick fix but also said he’s pretty sure the machine will be needed. Sure enough, he was correct. Pulled the machine in and was able to fix the drain. From my first call to fixed was all done within the hour. Great up front pricing and very reasonable. Very pleased to have met Tim!

Needed a new garbage disposal and contacted Gibbs Plumbing based on Facebook reviews. Came out the same day and replaced the disposal in under a half-hour. Extremely pleased with service and price. Would recommend highly.

I needed a new water heater installed and Gibbs Plumbing was quick to provide a quote, very responsive and they were the best price! When Tim was installing my water heater, he also provided a quote to replace my broken brass two handle laundry faucet. He had the faucet on the truck and was able to replace it right after he finished the water heater. I will definitely use Gibbs Plumbing for any future plumbing issues. I got two other plumbers come out for a sink install before Gibbs. One said they didn’t know how to do it, the other quoted $1600. Gibs did everything in an hour and costed $400. Great guy, very nice and helpful.

Tim is an amazing and reputable plumber. I called at 7:00am with an emergency and he was at my home within the hour. He wanted to research an issue I described to him (at no cost). I had another business come to my house the prior evening for emergency service. They claimed they were unable to remove the defective part and didn’t have the right materials to make a temporary repair so they would have to return the following morning (and I would have to pay an additional service fee). They also provided an astronomical estimate to make the final repair. Within 5 minutes of Tim arriving to my home he removed the defective device (with little effort) that the other contractor said wouldn’t come off and would require an extensive amount of work. The entire plumbing assembly was replaced and working like new within minutes. His price was unbelievably low (especially since I called on the weekend). I would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for an honest plumber.
